London - Denpasar, the New Garuda Indonesia Route
TIMESMALAYSIA, DENPASAR – I ngurah Rai Airport adjusting their service as a new starting point on this 2019 through Garuda Indonesiaa. The GA-87 departed from Heathrow International Airport London on Tuesday, January 22 at 21.55 local time and landed on I gusti Ngurah Rai Airport on Wednesday, January 23 at 21.15 Central Indonesian Time.
This Boeing 777-300 ER brought 68 passengers with 2 class aircraft. 12 of them are in business class and the rest are in the economic class.
This aircraft has a direct flight route London - Denpasar. And it has become the second direct flight route from Europe to Bali after the Aeroflot-Rossiya Airlines from Russia done it before.
"We are very happy with the new adjustment. It will make people easier to go back and forth from Europe to Bali. And surely it will give positive effect to the tourist industry in Bali," Yanus Suprayogi, the general manager of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport told TIMES Indonesia.
This flight will be served 3 times weekly every on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. But the bad news is that it doesn't adjust its route from Denpasar - London.
This aircraft will directly depart to Jakarta after landing in Denpasar.
According to Ari Askhara the Director of Garuda Indonesia that this adjustment was made to fulfill the high density demands of a direct flight from England to Bali.
"Congratulation to Garuda Indonesia for adjusting London-Denpasar as their new route. We hope that in 2019 more and more tourist from Europe will come here by this direct flight route," Yanis Suprayogi added. (*)
